Where did those 2 years go, a little over 2 years when approval was given (
blog), and 2 years ago when it looked like things were progressing (
blog)? Well, it came to a no-go for 2 years, I'm not sure why, but now it's being levelled apparently; photograph taken this morning. Now, I'm not a builder, but surely some type of foundation or footings (OK, I chat to builders, and listen) would be necessary if a hotel is to be built? Turning back into a car park I wonder...
