World Crazy Golf Championship Results 2017

The World Crazy Golf Championship 2017, was held in Hastings over the weekend, as I mentioned in my recent blog, and included competitors from all over Europe. The final victor was the Czech Olivia Prokopova, now a two times World Champion, who won the event by 5 shots! Steve Lovell was runner up, and Will Donnelly came third. 

In the Novice Championship, Jimmy Exall, making his debut in the championship, won by 4 shots over David Taylor in second place, with Alex Hyman coming third. In addition, Dave Gomm presented the Gommery Trophy, for the most 'hole in ones' made by any player outside the top 18, to Jessica Pilgrim.

World Crazy Golf Championship in Hastings, again!

The World Crazy Golf Championship 2017 comes to Hastings seafront, yet again, this weekend, with prize money of £4,500 up for grabs! Consequently, if you want to play Crazy Golf yourself, it may be a wee bit tricky - trickier - unless you're competing! This is the 15th year that Hastings has hosted the World Crazy Golf Championship, and this is the first year that specially adapted putters will be offered to disabled entrants on the Adventure Golf; see website for more information.
